A. Wine World sends all orders requested to be shipped via FedEx, implementing their special ID verification policy for alcoholic products. FedEx will require proof of age (ID) by an adult of legal drinking age upon delivery.

A. In the unfortunate event of breakage during shipping, customers are required to provide visual photographic proof of the damaged product and all shipping materials. For cases of loss or non-delivery, verification will be required. Replacement products may be shipped after satisfactory proof has been provided.
A. At present, due to US and State laws, Wine World cannot ship liquor outside of New York State. However, they do ship liquor (750ml or 1L bottles) within the state of New York.
A. Dry counties are counties in the United States where the sale of alcohol is prohibited or restricted. If you reside in a dry county, Wine World will not ship your order. For more information, check with your local state or county regulations.
A. Orders being shipped with FedEx may take approximately 2 or more hours to process and will typically ship on the same day or next. Order processing times do not include Saturday and Sunday. Customers will receive an email with a tracking number once the order is shipped. If an item is out of stock or has longer lead time, Wine World will contact you by email.
A. Wine World is not responsible for any wines that are damaged by excessive heat or cold during the shipping process. It is the customer's responsibility to request a WEATHER HOLD on their order if they are concerned about weather conditions during transit.
