Returns, Order Cancellations & Refund Policy

Product Returns are not accepted under most circumstances once the product has left the store or been delivered or received. Returns must be initiated within 48 hours of purchase.

Should a product be found defective, please contact Wine World with 48 hours and a review will be initiated. Wine World reserves the right to accept or decline a product due to defects based on industry standard practices as allowed by New York State laws.

Order cancellations are allowed up to the time of delivery/shipping or the receiver fails to show proper ID proving they are 21 of age or older.
