Shipping
All orders that you request to be shipped will be sent via FedEx or UPS using their special ID verification policy for alcoholic products. FedEx and UPS will require Proof of Age ID by an adult of legal drinking age upon delivery.
All shipping costs are closely estimated. If actual costs are significantly different from quoted cost, you will be contacted to confirm or denie revised charges to your order prior to finalizing your order. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us prior to placing your order.
States, Counties Allowed to Ship to
Regarding the shipping of Spirits, we cannot ship Liquor outside of New York State. This is due to the US and State laws regarding the sale and transportation of alcoholic beverages. We do ship Liquor, 750ml or 1L within the state of New York. Other Spirit bottle sizes and boxed products pose problems in shipping. If a particular size in your shipping order is outside the shipping guidelines, you will be notified about the shipping issue concerns.
Regarding the shipping of Wine, US and State laws do not allow us to ship to all states. We ship only 750ml bottles.
Dry Counties: Please note, if you live in a dry county, your order will not be shipped. For more information, please check with your local state or county.
Order Processing Time
Orders being shipped may take approximately 3 or more hours to begin processing and will ship usually the same day or next. Order processing times do not include Saturday and Sunday. You will be notified via email when your order is shipped with a tracking number. If an item is out of stock, in limited supply, or have a longer lead time to fill, we will contact you by email.
Excessive Weather
All wines are stored in our climate-controlled warehouse, but once they leave our facility we can no longer protect them from weather-related damage. Wine World is not responsible for any wines that are damaged by excessive heat or cold during the shipping process. It is the customer's responsibility to request a WEATHER HOLD on their order.
Breakage during Shipping
In the case of breakage during shipping, visual photographic proof of the product along with all damaged shipping materials will be required for acceptance. In the case of loss, non-delivery verification will be required. Replacement product(s) may be shipped following receipt of satisfactory verification of the issue. Any request and final outcome will be considered on a per-case basis.
Home Delivery
We will accept orders via our website or by calling the store for local delivery to zip codes stated below. Delivery orders must be a total of $25.00 pre-tax minimum. We will deliver Monday thru Saturday. All orders for delivery must be placed by 3:00pm. All orders received after stated time will be delivered next day. We do not deliver on Sunday due to staffing limitations. All orders must be prepaid using a credit card. Delivery fees are $5.00 for Zone 1 and $8.00 for Zone 2. Local area delivery outside delivery areas may be considered. Please call store directly to inquire. See delivery maps for locations.
Delivery Terms:
During severe weather or busiest shopping days close to holidays, we reserve the right to restrict deliveries. All orders must be prepaid with a credit card prior to delivery. Person receiving delivery must be 21 years or older and have valid ID. Person placing order must be available to accept delivery unless otherwise advised prior to delivery. Order will not be left with any other person other than name on order. If no one is available at the delivery location, the order will not be left at door. It will be taken back to store. Rejection of delivery may be made at our discretion. We may refuse to complete delivery at any time if delivery is judged to be unsafe or illegal. This is for the safety and protection of all parties concerned.
Age Verification
All customers are required to prove that they are at least 21 years old at the time they place their order and at the time of delivery. At our discretion, we may request that you submit proof of age via e-mail or fax prior to your order being delivered. Proof of ID will include but not be limited to your driver’s license clearly showing the expiration date.
Product Returns are not accepted under most circumstances once the product has left the store or been delivered or received. Returns must be initiated within 48 hours of purchase.
Should a product be found defective, please contact Wine World with 48 hours and a review will be initiated. Wine World reserves the right to accept or decline a product due to defects based on industry standard practices as allowed by New York State laws.
Order cancellations are allowed up to the time of delivery/shipping or the receiver fails to show proper ID proving they are 21 of age or older.

2) Published Ad through News Sources, Emails and Social Media are a regular part of saving at Wine World. Our Ads are posted in the Buffalo News and other local papers, on our website and on Social Media. 3) Coupons: Wine World offers coupons in some of our ads. You will find our coupons either in published ads or through Wine World Advantage Club Member emails. We do not post coupons on our site or in social media. If you're not getting Wine World emails, be sure to sign up today! Never Miss a Coupon Again. Use these coupons during their valid time, for any items 750ml or larger, on items that are regular price only. Coupons cannot be combined with any other sale pricing option. You may use the coupons in-store or on our website. Wine World does not price match or accept any other coupons from other retailers or businesses.
4) Bonus Bargains are for great deals we can offer to our customers. We have wines and liquors marked on sale for various reasons but the most important reason is so you can save More Money Every Day!
5) Events and In-Store Tastings: Wine World offers many events and tastings so customers can enjoy and learn about wines and liquors they love. Along with the events, promotional pricing may be offered.

6) 2 For One Low Price items are clearly marked on each item. It is allowed to MIX withn the brand to get the "2 For" price on those items included within the brand. You may not Mix two items of different brands to get the "2 For" price. You may purchase more than two and get the same discount.
