King’s Family Distillery is a craft whiskey distillery in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains in Tennessee. They were founded in 2018 by couple Justin and Cara King. Justin and Cara have more than a decade of experience in the whiskey industry. Justin comes from a moonshine and distilling background and Cara’s family owns a grain firm that she was involved in for many years.
TASTE
Available seasonally, Ryeconic is aged in two separate barrels. First in new charred American oak and then re-barreled into a grooved barrel which increases the surface area of maturation.
